COVID-19
HB20-1412
This bill allocates $10 million to the low-income energy assistance fund to provide direct utility bill payment assistance to households facing economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
HB20-1410
The act provides eviction assistance, rental assistance, residential mortgage assistance, and guidance on other housing assistance to households facing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic

HB20-1010
This bill assigns people who are incarcerated to their last known residence in Colorado prior to incarceration for the purposes of redistricting. This ensures more fair representation for thousands of Coloradans.
HB20-1019
This bill enacts measures to reduce the state prison population, including limiting the usage of private prisons.
SB20-217
This bill requires body cams, bans choke holds, submits law enforcement to liability for egregious, intentional and unconstitutional conduct, and increases transparency and reporting by all law enforcement.

This bill requires insurance plans issues on or after January 1, 2022 to cover diagnosis of infertility, treatment for infertility, and fertility preservation services.
HB20-1061
This bill increases access to HIV prevention medication by eliminating therapy requirements and making such drugs available over the counter.

This bill creates statewide goals to reduce 2025 greenhouse gas emissions by at least 26%, 2030 greenhouse gas emissions by at least 50%, and 2050 greenhouse gas emissions by at least 90% of the levels of statewide greenhouse gas emissions that existed in 2005.
